Focused on SME companies operating in the Life Science sector based in the UK and Western Europe with strong track record and a high quality Management team.

Making transformative change by providing our experience and network of partners/advisors to deliver: (i) organic growth (e.g. geographical/business line expansion, technological enhancements, effective marketing, HR/hiring etc); and (ii) leading acquisition strategies from sourcing appropriate targets through to funding, completion and integration.
We are flexible with an ability to structure investments that are tailored to each business and strategy from majority ownership to minority positions.
Where investment may not be appropriate initially, we actively act as strategic advisors/CFO to unlock growth, create value and lead the process through to an exit.

We take ownership of the finances, operations, HR and admin to allow Management to focus on what they enjoy doing - whilst also providing training and resources where needed.
